Your experienced mentors:
Jean Jacques André
Jean Jacques is a corporate management trainer and entrepreneur, with degrees from the London School of Economics, Harvard Business School, and Peking University. With 30 years of experience as a consultant to multinational firms, he now leads WorkN'Play, a French startup focused on developing data-intensive apps and AI-powered digital business simulators.
Natacha Khoodaruth
Natacha is a dedicated sustainability consultant and trainer, holding a master's degree in Strategy and Consulting from ESCP Europe and a Professional Diploma in Financial Services Management from the Institute of Financial Services (IFS England). With over 27 years of extensive experience across the banking sector, in business management, consultancy and training, she also serves as a coach and mentor.
Are you a dynamic woman entrepreneur in Mauritius, ready to elevate your business?
Submit your application if you meet the following criteria:
Applicant criteria
- 18 or above
- Education level of at least Grade 9
- Proficient in written and spoken French and English
- Must be a major shareholder or hold a management position in the business
Business criteria
- Duly registered business that has been operating in Mauritius for a minimum of 2 years
- Annual turnover of at least MUR500,000
- Business plan outlining strategic goals for the next 2 years
- Cash flow projection for the coming year
We will review your application and if you meet the selection criteria, you will receive a link to complete an online aptitude questionnaire. Additionally, you will be invited to attend a panel interview.
